Admin

You can either apply online or in the leasing office

Application Fee is $65 and the Admin Fee is $225

Maintenance

Every apartment is inspected by our maintenance staff for any possible needed repairs, the apartment is freshly painted and professionally cleaned. 

We have an onsite maintenance team that is here 7 days a week.

You can either utilize the online portal to submit a work order or you can call the office. 

You will hear from the maintenance team within 24 hrs, if they are not able to fix it within that time you will be scheduled an appointment and provided an update. 
 

No, as long as you give permission to enter you do not need to be there. It is your preference.

Our property has key fob access, if you are ever locked out you can call the emergency on-call. 

You are most definitely allowed to decorate your new home. However, we do require you to bring the walls/apartment back to original condition prior to move out.

We are located on the south east side of McDowell and Central Avenue.
